Under the hotel leadership, staffs are united to gain ever-increasing profit, to reaffirm the hotel’s prestige. Mr. Tào Văn Nghệ, the director was quoted as saying that the hotel will make a leap forwards in 2007 by finishing the business plans assigned by Saigontourist on 20^th October 2007   (124 billions VNĐ) and the year-turnover is hoped to be 140 billions. The first 9 months, business volume is 114,5 billions, 150,57% increase compared to some period last year (76,1 billions VNĐ).

           

In 2008, the hotel will build a new 29-storey hotel to have 350 rooms more and 7.000m² offices for rent and new facilities for new tourism category (MICE) with total cost of 20 millions USD. Majestic will be a 5-star hotel while retaining its traditional architecture and services. The hotel will aim at high-end customers, mainly business people and the business turnover of 2008 is planned to be 157,5 billions VNĐ.
